My transaction is taking longer than expected. What should I do?

Bitcoin transactions can take 10–60 minutes depending on network congestion. USDT transfers are typically faster. Check your email for a transaction ID and use the lookup tool above to see the current status. If it has been over 2 hours, please contact us.

Question 2

I entered the wrong wallet address. Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network. If the address you entered belongs to someone else, we are unable to recover those funds. Always double-check your wallet address before confirming a purchase.

Question 3

My card was charged but I haven't received my crypto.

Accepted Answer

Card charges are processed before the crypto transfer is initiated. If your card was charged and you have not received your crypto within 60 minutes, please contact us with your transaction ID and we will investigate immediately.

Why was my card declined?

Accepted Answer

Cards can be declined for several reasons: insufficient funds, your bank blocking crypto purchases, or our fraud detection flagging the transaction. Try a different card, or contact your bank to allow crypto-related transactions.

Do I need an account to buy crypto?

Accepted Answer

No. CryptoSwift does not require account registration. You only need a valid card, an email address for your receipt, and a crypto wallet address.

How do I get a receipt or invoice?

Accepted Answer

A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide at checkout. It includes your transaction ID, amount, and the crypto received. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us with your transaction ID.

Is CryptoSwift safe to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All payments are processed by regulated third-party providers using 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details. Our platform is subject to AML and KYC compliance checks.

Why am I being asked to verify my identity?

Regulatory requirements may trigger identity verification for certain transaction sizes or risk profiles. This is a standard AML/KYC process. You will be guided through the steps by email.
